I had a mixed experience during my stay. On one hand, the location was prime, making it easy for me to explore major attractions like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. However, I encountered several issues, including thin walls that let in too much noise from neighboring rooms, and the bed was a bit hard for my liking. Overall, I appreciated the cozy atmosphere, but I think I might opt for more comfort next time. 😕✨

The room was tidy but small and on the hard side for bedding. The bathroom was cleaned daily and had good shower pressure.

While the reception was responsive, the check-in process was somewhat disorganized. I had to communicate through multiple channels, and the hours were limited.

The hotel is in an excellent location, a short walk to key attractions and surrounded by upscale shopping options.

Breakfast was served in a cafeteria nearby, and while I enjoyed the croissants, there was a lack of variety and some mornings I didn't get everything I wanted.
Facilities

The atmosphere felt secure, but the limited availability of services and absence of a full-scale concierge were drawbacks.

My stay at Intown Luxury House had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, putting me close to key tourist sites like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. However, I was disappointed with the check-in process and the absence of nearby parking. Overall, it was a cozy place, but not without its issues.

I found my room to be spacious and well-cleaned, but the shower had a bit of a learning curve when it came to finding the right temperature. It went from icy cold to scalding in seconds, which was tricky at first.

The staff had mixed reactions; while they were helpful with local tips and had a friendly demeanor, I did feel neglected when issues arose, such as the air conditioning not working properly during my stay.

I couldn't have asked for a better location. It was just a short walk to major attractions like the Pantheon and Piazza Navona, and being close to good shops was a nice bonus.

Breakfast was simple with coffee and croissants, served at a nearby cafe. I found it convenient, though I wished they'd open earlier on days with my morning tours.

The facilities were basic, and I struggled with some amenities like the WiFi, which was spotty in my room. They also did not accommodate my request to store luggage after checkout, which was inconvenient.

6.2/10

My stay at Intown Luxury House had some highlights, particularly the excellent location near the Spanish Steps that made exploring the city easy. However, I encountered issues like thin walls that made it hard to get a good night's sleep, and communication problems during check-in. Although the staff were friendly and helpful, it was frustrating when the signposted check-in time wasn’t adhered to. Overall, while the location was great, the comfort aspects could use some improvement.

Rooms

The staff were generally helpful, especially Marta, who was flexible with our late check-in and other requests. However, there were hiccups in communication that led to some confusion about our arrival time, which could be improved.
Location

The location is fantastic, right near upscale shopping and the famous Spanish Steps, making it really convenient to explore key attractions. Despite being in a busy area, my room was relatively quiet at night, which I appreciated.
Dining

I found the breakfast experience unsatisfactory due to the poor attitude of the restaurant staff, particularly at the breakfast setup. The food was okay, but the overall service left a lot to be desired.
Facilities

While basic amenities were available, I missed having a more comprehensive service since the reception closed early. It felt a bit like a trade-off for the boutique experience.

Overall, it had potential but could use improvements to truly represent a luxury experience.
